Great Veterinary Care for Your Pets for More Than 25 Years
Harris Parkway Animal Hospital has been in business since 1985. We appreciate that to provide your pet with the best care, it’s important that you know and trust us. Consistency in providing care for your animals is very important to us. Dr. Young has practiced veterinary medicine for almost 30 years and has worked alongside Dr. Blue for 25 of those years. We are proud to be certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) and accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
What Does ABVP Certification Mean to You?
The American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) grants certification to veterinarians with advanced knowledge, competency, and skills. This means that Harris Parkway Animal Hospital has been recognized as an outstanding caregiver for dogs and cats. We keep our knowledge up to date with ongoing education in the latest techniques for the highest quality care. You can be sure that your pet will receive the best possible treatment.
AAHA Accreditation Means Quality Pet Care
The AAHA Standards of Accreditation are widely held as the measure of excellence in veterinary medicine. Harris Parkway Animal Hospital is pleased to have earned accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). This accreditation is voluntary but less than 15% of all veterinary hospitals achieve it. Harris Parkway has passed inspection by an independent outside agency on 900 standards that cover all aspects of our hospital. These standards ensure that we meet the highest current values of both veterinary care and client service. Only veterinarians who genuinely desire to provide the highest in quality care are willing to undergo the rigorous AAHA inspection.
